Can I really build for free?
Yes. Answer a few guided questions and LaunchBox generates your branded launch foundation — sales page, waitlist, starter content, and a 30-day launch plan — at no cost. You only pay when you're ready to publish your community and invite members.
Do you charge per member?
No. LaunchBox Business includes unlimited members and groups with no per-member platform fee.
How does the 3% platform fee work?
Your customers pay you directly through your connected Stripe account. LaunchBox collects 3% of tenant sales, calculated after discounts and excluding tax and shipping; Stripe processing fees are separate.
Monthly or annual?
Both. LaunchBox Business is $99.99/month after a 14-day trial, plus $199.99 assisted setup charged when you start. Annual is $999.99 and includes assisted setup, with no trial.
Can plans or pricing change?
LaunchBox is still evolving, so plan packaging, included features, usage allowances, and pricing may change prospectively. We will give existing paid customers advance notice of material price changes before they affect a renewal. Specific written price locks and grandfathered offers remain governed by their stated terms.
What happens to older LaunchBox plans?
Existing paid customers keep their current plan and written promises. LaunchBox Business is the offer for new purchases; legacy prices are not deleted or silently migrated.
What does assisted setup include?
We help configure your first LaunchBox space and get the launch foundation ready. The setup fee is refundable if the assisted setup has not been delivered.
