LAUNCHBOX HELP · USE YOUR ASSISTANT
Your AI community advisor
Review community activity, find conversation opportunities and save an approved private action plan.
Before you start
Use the account that owns your community and a connected AI assistant. Advisor access lets it read your community brief, selected Main discussions and recorded activity. Saving a private action plan is a separate optional permission. Review the access you grant.
From a question to a useful plan
Start with a clear goal
Tell your assistant what you want to improve. Ask it to confirm the community and begin with a read-only review.
Use LaunchBox as my community advisor. My goal is to help members get useful answers and feel comfortable participating. Confirm the community, read its brief and compare the last 7 days of Main activity with the previous 7 days. Check coverage first. Separate facts from suggestions. Do not save, publish or change anything yet.
Check the evidence
Ask whether the activity scan is complete. In this example it was incomplete, so the recorded numbers could not establish a trend or prove that members were inactive. We reviewed two specific discussions for conversation opportunities instead.
A small discussion sample is not a community-wide assessment. Avoid sharing member names or quoting member messages when an aggregate summary is enough.
Choose a few practical actions
Ask for up to three actions with success measures. The demo proposes inviting small beginner questions, answering with a practical next step and following up on what worked.
Three questions in seven days, practical answers within 24 hours and two follow-ups are proposed experiment targets. They are tracked manually, not automatic metrics or achieved results.
Approve and save the private plan
Review the actual recommendations. Tell your assistant which actions and measures you approve, then ask it to save them as planned and return the review link. Open that link to verify the goal, actions and success measures.
Saving a plan does not publish posts, send messages, schedule work or carry out its actions.
Return with what you learned
Give your assistant the results you actually observed. Ask it to propose progress updates and the next useful step, then review changes before saving. Do not record an action as complete until it is.
Keep the host in charge
Your assistant can help you reason about the evidence and maintain the plan. You decide what to do and when to act.

Your AI community advisor
What should you focus on in your community this week? With LaunchBox connected, your AI assistant can help you review what is happening, spot useful conversation opportunities, and build a practical action plan. Here is a real example using ChatGPT and Ian McDonald AI.
Start with a clear goal
Start by telling your assistant what you want to improve. Here, the goal is to help members get useful answers and feel comfortable participating. Ask it to confirm the community, read its brief, and review recent Main community activity. Keep the first pass read only. If advisor access is needed, review the requested permissions and approve the connection.
Review the evidence
A useful advisor separates evidence from assumptions. In this example, the activity scan is incomplete, so the numbers cannot establish whether participation is rising or falling. Instead, we ask ChatGPT to read two specific discussions. It finds opportunities around pricing an offer and learning an AI skill. This is a small sample, not a verdict on the whole community.
Turn findings into next steps
Now ask for a few practical actions, with a clear way to judge each one. ChatGPT suggests inviting small beginner questions, answering with a concrete next step, and following up to find out what worked. The proposed targets include three questions in a week and practical answers within twenty four hours. These are experiments to track manually, not results already achieved.
Approve and save your private plan
Review the recommendations before asking your assistant to save them. Once approved, the plan is stored privately in LaunchBox. Open the review link to see the goal, each planned action, and what success looks like. Saving a plan does not publish posts or carry out the actions. As you make progress, you can ask your connected assistant to record results and update the plan.
Build a useful weekly habit
Make this a simple weekly habit. Review the evidence, choose one useful action, then return with what you learned. Your assistant helps you think through the next step. You stay in charge of your community.
