Leave with one week of useful community activity.

Before you start

Bring a short description of your community, the people it serves and one example of your voice or visual style. You can plan this in any AI chat before changing your live community.

Use this guide as a practice companion. The recording captures the app and conversation as they were on August 19, 2026; historical announcements and screens may differ today.

Make one useful thing.

  1. Choose one recurring moment

Pick a useful weekly activity: a question, a short demonstration or a member showcase. Explain what members will leave with and keep the first version small enough to repeat.

  2. Give the activity your voice

Write the audience, purpose, tone and visual references in a short brief. Add one real example. Ask for one invitation, then check its facts, wording and images against your own work.

  3. Plan the return visit

Choose a follow-up question and a short recap. Decide which discussions can be included and remove private details. Check the invitation link as a visitor before sharing it.

Give it your context.

These practice prompts adapt the session’s ideas. Replace the bracketed text, review the response and make one specific revision.

Plan a weekly rhythm

My community helps [audience] with [outcome]. Plan one week with a short learning activity, a discussion and a recap. Use this voice: [example]. Keep the workload realistic and give each activity one purpose. Return a draft only.

Review the invitation

Review this community invitation: [draft]. Can a new member tell who it is for, what will happen and what to do next? Identify unclear claims and suggest one concise revision. Do not publish or send it.

Finish with a next step.

Ideas to listen for

A rhythm members can recognize. Jasheena shows themed days, short courses, discussion and a newsletter built around the community conversation.

A brief that represents you. The group explores brand references, audience context and checking generated campaign images.

Get unstuck.

Do I need an activity every day?

No. Start with a rhythm you can sustain. One useful session and a thoughtful follow-up are enough for this exercise.

Should I copy the old brand settings exactly?

Use your current community settings and the Support Agent if the screens differ. The transferable idea is to give AI clear brand context and review its output.

For help in your community, open Help → Support Agent and describe the result you want and where you got stuck.

Keep going

Based on the 2026-08-19 Launch & Learn recording and session notes. The practice prompts are adapted exercises. Announcements, example tools and product screens in the recording reflect the time of the call.
