About 20–30 minutes to work through.
Leave with a milestone you can show next week.
Before you start
Bring one project, its intended audience and the main thing holding it up. A rough draft is enough; you do not need a finished business to take part.
Use this guide as a practice companion. The recording captures the app and conversation as they were on April 29, 2026; historical announcements and screens may differ today.
Make one useful thing.
Explain the project plainly
Write who it helps, the result and what exists today. Separate the goal from the features you might add later.
Name the blocker
Identify whether you need a decision, missing information, technical help or time to finish. Write one question that would move the work forward.
Choose what to show
Pick a small deliverable for the next check-in and define what a reviewer should be able to inspect. Keep the scope realistic and record the feedback you need.
Give it your context.
These practice prompts adapt the session’s ideas. Replace the bracketed text, review the response and make one specific revision.
Prepare a project check-in
Help me describe this project [project] in three parts: who it helps, what exists now and the main obstacle. Ask for missing information and keep the language understandable to a new person.
Choose my next milestone
For this project [project] and blocker [blocker], suggest one deliverable for [date]. Define what I can show, how to check it and one specific question to ask a reviewer.
Finish with a next step.

Ideas to listen for
Build with other people. The call shifts toward a peer format where members share progress, questions and practical experience.
A milestone makes progress visible. Waitlists, course material and a clear offer become smaller pieces of a larger launch.
Get unstuck.
What if I am still learning the tools?
Choose a milestone that tests one thing, such as a draft page or a working link. The check-in can help you identify the next question.
Do I need a finished course before asking for interest?
You can prepare a clear description of the planned offer and an honest invitation to hear more. Do not imply unfinished content is already available.
